1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading or using PixelBoard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s consent, you may use PixelBoard only with that consent.
2. Service description
PixelBoard is a pixel-art and LED-board effects tool for importing or creating visual material, applying editing and display effects, and exporting finished work. Features may evolve as the app improves.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create with PixelBoard. You are responsible for having the rights needed to import, edit, export, and share any source material. PixelBoard does not claim ownership of your creative work.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use PixelBoard to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the app, App Store, or related services.
5. Pro purchases and subscriptions
Pro purchases are processed by Apple and linked to the App Store account used for the transaction. Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Eligible subscriptions and non-consumable purchases can be restored from PixelBoard Settings using the same App Store account.
6. Refunds
Apple handles billing and refund decisions for App Store purchases. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s purchase support process and are subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
We may add, modify, or remove features to improve PixelBoard, maintain compatibility, address security concerns, or comply with platform requirements. We aim to preserve valid purchase access in accordance with App Store rules.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, PixelBoard is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions or assistance, visit PixelBoard Support.
