1. Scope
This policy applies to the PixelBoard iOS app and the public PixelBoard support pages. It covers data processed when you create and export work, manage a Pro purchase, or request support.
2. Creative content and local data
PixelBoard does not upload your imported images, pixel artwork, canvas documents, or exported work to a PixelBoard server. Image processing and editing are performed on your device. Works, preferences, and cached files remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them using iOS.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes App Store payments. RevenueCat processes an app-specific customer identifier, product identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, storefront country or region, and limited device and app diagnostic information. This processing is used to verify Pro access, restore purchases, prevent purchase errors, and provide purchase support. PixelBoard does not receive your Apple Account password, full card number, or other complete payment credentials.
4. Device permissions
- Photos: requested only when you choose media to edit or save an export.
- Camera: requested only when you choose to take a photo as source material.
You can review or revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission only affects features that require it.
5. Retention and deletion
Local works and settings remain until you delete them, clear cached data, or remove PixelBoard. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction and entitlement records as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, legal compliance, and customer support under their respective policies. PixelBoard does not create a separate app account, so there is no standalone PixelBoard account to delete.
6. Third parties
PixelBoard does not include third-party advertising or general behavioral-tracking SDKs. Apple and RevenueCat are used for payment, entitlement, restore, and related operational processing. PixelBoard does not send your creative content to them.
7. Children
PixelBoard is a general-audience creative tool and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when PixelBoard’s features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page as appropriate.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or purchase-data support, visit PixelBoard Support. Please do not send passwords or full payment details.
