Restore a purchase

Open PixelBoard Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same App Store account that made the purchase.

Manage a subscription

Open PixelBoard Settings and choose Manage Subscription, or open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Request a refund

Apple processes App Store payments and refund decisions. Submit eligible requests through Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Export or storage issue

Check available device storage and PixelBoard’s Photos permission. Include your export format and resolution when contacting support.
